As Valentine’s Day approaches, our real estate brokers in Montreal are offering you the chance to win a $500 gift card for a meal for two at the restaurant Le Cabaret l’Enfer, nestled in the charming neighborhood of Plateau-Mont-Royal.

Contest duration and winner announcement
The contest will take place from Tuesday, February 6, 2024, to Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 11:59 PM. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM via Instagram story on the YE/SARRAZIN page (@yesarrazin) and will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
If the participant does not respond within 7 days after the private message is sent on Instagram, they will be considered as having forfeited their prize, and it will remain the property of the organizer. A second draw will then be conducted among all other participants.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the contest organizers may use their name and/or Instagram username in a promotional post on the YE/Sarrazin – Real Estate Brokers in Montreal Facebook and Instagram pages.

The Contest is organized by Yanick E. Sarrazin Inc., a real estate agency operating under the RE/MAX du Cartier banner in Montreal, located at 835 Boulevard Saint-Joseph East, Montreal, QC, H2J 1K5.
The winner will be responsible for picking up their prizes at the following addresses*:

*This contest is open only to residents of Quebec.
*For addresses outside of Montreal and its surroundings, the prize will be sent by mail.
