After honing his expertise in the realms of administration and information technology, Jean-Vincent has carved an exceptional path in the business world. Starting successfully in the collections sector at CIBC, he swiftly climbed the ranks to become a manager of a team of up to 65 people. 

Driven by his passion for construction and real estate, Jean-Vincent redirected his career. He joined a construction company, where he oversaw service calls for renowned brands such as Lush, Spring, and Aldo. In 2012, he decided to pursue his passion further and shifted his professional trajectory towards real estate. He first obtained his residential brokerage license and later his commercial license. 

Real estate has always held a prominent place in Jean-Vincent’s life. From a young age, he watched his parents become owners of local shops, an influence that deeply shaped his journey. Moreover, Jean-Vincent harbors a fervent passion for real estate investment and entrepreneurship. He took his first steps as the owner of an income property in 2003, subsequently acquiring a local shop, and since then, developing a growing interest in the complexity of multiplexes. 

With over 11 years of experience in real estate brokerage, Jean-Vincent aims to continue in residential brokerage while expanding his scope into the commercial sector. His interest and profound knowledge of income properties remain a crucial pillar of his career.
