A family story
Panzeria was founded in 2019 by the Sansone brothers, Pierpaolo and Davide. Originally from Montreal, they moved to Bari, in the Puglia region, as children. From an early age, they learned to make focaccia to help their parents in their bakery. When they set up their restaurant in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal, their mother Francesca played an essential role, making pasta for the clientele for many years.
