Eco-project of new condos with innovative design
ARDESIA is the Italian word which means “slate”. Slate will be present in the project, especially in the impressive common entrance leading to the interior courtyard. Wood, stone and metal will also be integrated into the project, with an impeccable finish.
Intimacy in community
The project offers a diversity of 13 condo units and townhouses, sharing a common entrance and courtyard, reserved for co-owners. Each unit has its own terrace, balcony or part of the courtyard. In addition, no common corridor will be built, allowing all units to have their own private entrance door, either on the street or in the interior courtyard. The design is designed to allow for great privacy, within the small private community of the project.
