- Exterior storage space: enclosed, insulated shed with electricity, 2nd shed.

- Storage space inside: space under the staircase and very healthy crawl space, approx. 4 feet high over the entire surface of the house, heated and lit (the house is heated by the floor in winter).

- Multifunctional space in the courtyard. Yard door opens completely for this purpose.

- Snow removal from private alley. Current vendors are not currently included in snow removal, as they do not use the yard for parking.

Inclusions:Ceiling lights (excl.), curtain rods and curtains in bedrooms (excl.), window screens, PAX closet in bedrooms and hallway, hallway furniture, bathroom furniture, TV wall bracket, double fridge, hood, dishwasher, built-in microwave, stove/oven, washer/dryer (works very well but washer should not be used at max spin speed), workbenches and hook in garden shed, shelves in children's bedroom, ceiling fans with remote control in large bedrooms (parent's bedroom light OK but fan out of order or needs repair).
