Le Mile-End

Offered by your real estate brokers in the Plateau Mont-Royal.

Crowned as one of the trendiest neighborhoods in the world, Mile-End, easily traversable on foot, is located to the west of the Plateau Mont-Royal. Known for its unique shops, cafes, bars, art galleries, and multicultural restaurants, this exceptional neighborhood delights visitors with its historical charm and unparalleled vibrancy.

Once a district housing numerous textile factories, Mile-End saw a different type of residents settling in after the decline of this industry. Artists, musicians, and authors found their haven in this iconic neighborhood with unique charm. Home to a vacant space known as "Champ des Possibles," Ubisoft offices, numerous local microbreweries, and art exhibitions, this neighborhood with eclectic beauty captivates with unexpected discoveries.

A true innovative universe, Mile-End is a creative incubator for artists and enthusiasts, lovers of discoveries, colors, shared moments, and local businesses. It's in this youthful sector, often nicknamed the "Initiative District," that many Montreal SMEs have sprung up, each one more unique and innovative than the next. The Ubisoft Studio, located at the corner of Saint-Laurent and Saint-Viateur streets, has also been situated here for nearly 25 years.
