With a degree in accounting and secretarial studies, Élodie began her career by working for over 15 years in the restaurant industry. During this time, she developed exceptional skills in customer service, administrative management, and team coordination.
Upon her arrival in Montreal in 2016, Élodie shifted her career towards real estate, a field she is passionate about, and obtained her real estate brokerage license in 2019. After two years as a broker, she became an assistant to continue pursuing her passion for real estate while dedicating more time to her family.
