5) The tenant is responsible for all costs related to lost keys.
6) The condo will be clean on the move-in date and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease. This includes all inclusions within the condo as well as the condition of floors and walls. Except for normal wear and tear, any damage must be repaired at the tenant's expense prior to departure.
7) The tenant must sign a copy of the building rules prior to signing the lease.
8) No pets allowed.
9) A $2,400 security deposit will be required for the furniture. It will be payable upon signing of the lease and refundable at its end, conditional upon the return of the furniture in good condition.
